Joshua Lyons is a certified practitioner of Ida P. Rolf's method of Structural Integration (SI). Joshua had his first experience of Structural Integration in 2002, and has since studied SI at both The Rolf Institute and The Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado, USA. Joshua graduated from the Guild in 2005 and maintains a private practice in Toronto, Canada.

He is also a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique and a dedicated student of Tai Chi Ch'uan and Yoga.

Joshua works daily with people, introducing fascial bodywork, to help them discover more comfort, freedom and joy in their bodies and lives. He enjoys his work and tends to keep things relaxed, unhurried and friendly.
