Workshops in Structural Integration are offered throughout the year. These workshops teach participants the foundations of Structural Integration:

• Connective tissue, muscular and skeletal anatomy
• How to look at and understand bodies
• How to recognize and treat common injuries, postural problems and chronic pain conditions
• And, most importantly, the manual techniques which a Structural Integration practitioner uses to restore their clients' health and comfort.

All Level 1 Workshops are considered introductory and are open to participants of all backgrounds. Level 2 Workshops are open to those who wish to have a deeper understanding of working with Structural Integration. All Level 1 Workshops must be completed before taking Level 2 Workshops.

Level 1

• The head, neck and shoulders
• Freeing the legs
• Balancing the superficial fascia

Level 2

• Deeper in the head, neck and shoulders
• Deep work for the back
• Balancing the pelvis
